For Good Reason you may have the hearing date changed, (one continuance only)
but you must request this before your court appearance date. This may be made to
the Clerk by telephone at 417-751-2333.
If you fail to appear on the date designated, or on the date to which your case
is continued, a WARRANT will be issued for your arrest and a suspension may be
placed on your driver's license. Maximum penalty on al charges in the Ash Grove
Municipal Court is $500 fine.
